Therefore, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel or not process any order placed on the site if the price was incorrectly provided as a result of an error. If you are purchasing an item in any of our retail stores, sales tax is calculated in accordance with applicable state and local laws. If you are purchasing an item using our website or via the phone, taxes are calculated based upon the location to which your order is being shipped, according to law.
Greenhouse gift cards may be redeemed online at greenhousehome.com, at the physical location of Greenhouse at 1235 Cornwall Ave, Bellingham, WA, or by telephone. Please note that we are unable to personalize gift cards with a recipient's name. Each gift card is issued in the denomination indicated by the purchaser. You can enter a gift message free of charge during checkout.
Canceling an Order
We attempt to ship most orders as quickly as possible because we know our customers are eager to receive their new products. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled from the website. Please call our office at 360-676-1167 or email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to change or cancel orders that have not yet shipped. If the order you wish to cancel has already been shipped, it must be sent back and processed like a regular return, and you will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions.
Your credit card or other payment method will be processed at the time of your online purchase.
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly make an exchange, or refund any item purchased directly from our online store (www.greenhousehome.com) for a period of 30 days from the original date of shipment with the original receipt. If accompanied by an original gift receipt, the item's purchase price will be refunded on a Greenhouse gift card. Product must be returned in NEW condition, in the original packaging, including any documentation and accessories. Product not returned in this manner or products that have been damaged are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be made for the product amount only (shipping charges are not refundable) using the original payment method. Holiday merchandise may be returned prior to the holiday for the purchase price. Holiday merchandise returned after the holiday will be refunded at the current prices with or without a receipt. Manufacturer defective merchandise will be returned or exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer's stated warranty, or within 90 days. Please contact us in advance of a return for more information on manufacturer-specific return policies. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. To exchange a product or return an item for refund, please use the form included with the original shipment to return the item(s) to us. For items damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. All sales are final on clearance merchandise - absolutely no returns. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in refunds. We always welcome in-person, direct to the store returns in lieu shipping.

Furniture must be returned within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our distribution center. We encourage you to immediately inspect the furniture upon receipt of your purchase as well. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please call or email us at email@example.com.
In Store Returns
We always welcome in-person, direct to the store returns in order to save our customers the costs of shipping. Returns must still be received within 30 days for standard merchandise or within 14 days for furniture.
If you are unable to receive your order or have given an incorrect delivery address, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that we incur before we will re-ship your order. Returned orders may be cancelled and refunded (minus shipping costs) at our discretion. Please double check and verify your address on each order you place to avoid returned shipments.
If your order arrives in a damaged package, please refuse the package and be sure to notify Greenhouse via firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days that your package has been refused. You may ask the carrier to wait while you open and inspect the package before you refuse it. If you discover concealed damage after receiving your package, please save all package material and papers to support your claim. In order to process a damage claim, please send all order information and clear pictures of the items and damage to email@example.com. In the event that a damage claim against the shipping carrier is refused or cannot be processed, Greenhouse is not liable for damaged goods.
