Shipping Options:

At this time, we ship in the 48 contiguous United States only via UPS Ground. We reserve the right to use a different service with comparable delivery time and value protection. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, FPO/APO Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada or other International destinations at this time. All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F, except holidays). In the event an item is not in stock, we will contact you with the expected delay in shipment to determine if you would prefer to wait or to cancel your order.

Please note that very large or overweight items may require shipping and handling charges in addition to those listed above. If such charges apply, they will be listed on the item page. Some items, such as those containing carbon dioxide cartridges or canisters, are not available for shipping and may be picked up in-store or arranged for local delivery only.

We also offer convenient in-store pickup options!

During checkout, you will be able to select between Standard Shipping, Free In-Store Pickup, and Free Registry In-Store Pickup. If you select either of our In-Store Pickup options, items will be ready for pickup during our regular store hours (except holidays!) no sooner than 24 hours after your purchase. If you would like someone else to pick up your purchase for you, please include their name and phone number in the "Special Instructions" field provided during checkout.

We are pleased to offer a special, Free Registry In-Store Pickup option that is more convenient for many registrants. If you select Free Registry In-Store Pickup, items will be held for pickup by the registrants, and we will take care of notifying them for you. This is especially convenient for large items, couples who may be honeymooning, and many other occasions. Many registered couples will already have several gifts waiting in-store to be picked up, and are happy to pick them up all at once. Customers can still choose to gift wrap items and/or include a gift message during checkout.
