The WÜSTHOF Universal Hand-Held Knife Sharpener can be adjusted to sharpen either standard or Asian-style blades. Each setting provides two stages of sharpening for a total of four stages. Because it can be switched easily between standard and Asian blades, this is the only sharpener you need to keep all your premium kitchen knives sharp.
Features:
- Hand-held pull-through sharpeners will wear down with regular use. Steel dust may settle between either of the sharpening rods. Use a small sift brush to dry brush away any remnants.
- How to use: Use the carbide sharpening slot to smooth irregularities and refine the angle of the blade edge. Next, the knife can be drawn through the ceramic sharpening slot to finish honing the blade to a refined, razor-sharp edge.
