We guarantee the quality of the products we sell in our store and website.
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, just bring it back. We'll issue a full refund in the form of the original payment so long as you provide proof of purchase (a receipt, a gift receipt or gift registry showing the purchased item). Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Greenhouse gift card in the amount of the original purchase value.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
How can I return merchandise?
There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.
- Take it into our store. Please bring your invoice or receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return it to us by mail. If you choose to mail your return, please complete the Return Form located on the back of your invoice included with your package. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping, and enclose your completed Return Form. If you do not have your invoice please include a note letting us know why you are returning the package and how you would like us to proceed with your return, exchange, or refund. For your convenience, the Return Form includes a pre-addressed Return Label that you may use to ship the package back to us - simply attach the label to the package. Please note: The shipping is NOT prepaid. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.
Furniture, Rug and Special Orders
Manufacturer defective merchandise will be returned or exchanged in accordance with manufacturer warranty, in the manner they were sold.
ALL furniture and rugs must be returned within 3 days of purchase. Special Order deposits are non-refundable. Special Orders are a final sale and cannot be returned. Manufacturer defect being the exception; in which manner the defective merchandise will be returned, repaired, or exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer warranty and handled via our claims department.
